Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage, defects, or errors on our part.

Many of our items are made to order, which means they are created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund.

  • If a replacement is requested, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (including PDFs, guides, calendars, and other downloadable files) are non-refundable once purchased, as access is granted immediately.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as production begins quickly after checkout.
